Adobe & Zend join hands to integrate Flex & PHP better
Adobe and Zend have joined hands to integrate Flex and PHP better. Adobe joins the Zend Framework community to contribute towards better and more efficient communication between Zend and Flex. Adobe earlier contributed an AMF implementation for PHP to the Zend community. This collaboration may also create a more integrated development environment for the two platforms. Both Flex Builder and the Zend Studio are based on the open source Eclipse platform. The Flex team blogged about the Adobe and Zend collaboration yesterday. InfoWorld reported the addition of Flex to PHP for rich web application development. InfoWorld says Flex was accomodated into Zend in the same manner that Ajax was added to Zend a couple of weeks back.

SDTimes says they are teaming up to aid RIA developers.
